    Read technical diagrams and schematics.

    Operate mobile equipment (forklift, Lull, etc.)

    Successful completion of training as required by Supervisor and specified by Enviva.

    Additional related duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Required Qualifications

    At least 2 years' experience in parts, inventory, logistics or manufacturing environment.

    Strong verbal and written skills.

    Thorough knowledge of all MS Office, Windows including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    Job Purpose

    Accountable for the planning of routine, preventative, predictive and outage related E & I and mechanical maintenance activities. The Planner supports the team members to achieve maximum facility availability in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner within all environmental, regulatory and safety standards.



    Responsibilities

    Approach all work order planning with the understanding that safety is the #1 priority.

    Develop detailed job plans including the labor (type & quantity), materials, tools and work procedures for repairs, alterations and preventative maintenance

    Receiving, reviewing and ensuring accuracy and completeness of all requests for plant work and then going out into the plant and planning the work.

    Determining and arranging for materials, parts and special tools or equipment required to perform work order scope and making sure they are available before scheduling the work.

    Coordinating maintenance planning activities and reviewing work orders with the appropriate personnel to assure safety and mutual agreement and understanding, arranging for LOTO.

    Serve as site subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 (EAM/CMMS)

    Operations, maintaining liaison among departments to coordinate maintenance planning activities.

    Compile data and generate required reports for monitoring personnel and department performance against established goals.

    Provides fast response for support to plant operations as needed.

    Maintain equipment manuals, BOMs for equipment, and job plan database.

    Monitor non-scheduled work for possible corrective actions through PM or routine inspections.

    Maintain and audit Preventive Maintenance work orders

    Lead the planning, scheduling, communication and optimization of down days and non-down days activities.

    Required Qualifications

    Possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in maintenance-related applications.

    High School Diploma or GED

    In-depth knowledge of station systems and processes in both operations and maintenance areas.

    Must thoroughly understand process controls and computer systems, including hardware and software.

    Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills (oral and written) are required, in addition to sound motivational, teamwork and leadership qualities.



    Preferred Qualifications - What Will Set Them Apart

    An Associate degree in Engineering with four (4) years of relevant experience is desired.

    Prior experience in a similar role.

    Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 scheduling software

    Knowledge of company policies and procedures and environmental regulations is required

    Job Purpose

    As a Pellet Mill Operator, you will operate and maintain several pellet mills, ensuring optimal feed rates, adjusting rolls/dies, and monitoring pellet quality to meet company standards; assist in conducting QC testing, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform ash tests, and maintain a clean work environment.



    Responsibilities

    Analyze equipment performance and make necessary tooling and equipment changes to produce desired throughput and quality results

    Perform and document required inspections of equipment and maintain equipment in good condition

    Review work order specifications or instructions to determine materials, ingredients, procedures, extracting, forming, pressing and compacting materials to produce pellets.

    Adjust machine components to regulate speed, pressure and temperatures of machine, amount, dimensions and flow of materials and ingredients.

    Monitor machine operations and observes indicator lights and gauges, such as thermometers, voltage meters and timers to detect malfunctions.

    Perform/coordinate maintenance on equipment per job instructions.

    Perform/coordinate housekeeping to required standard.

    Maintain consistent production quality to required standard.

    Follow all workplace and job safety procedures.

    Complete accurate reporting as required.

    Communicate operational information as required.

    Enter maintenance work requests as applicable.

    Escalate issues promptly for proper resolution.

    Job Purpose

The CBM Technician will assist the Maintenance Coordinator and/or Lubrication Technician, as needed.



    Responsibilities

    Work safely, following OSHA and Enviva standards and Work Practices.

    Collect ultrasound and infrared data as directed by work order system and/or maintenance supervision.

    Analyze data and make corrective recommendations, if possible.

    Create reports to communicate results.

    Submit reports to Regional Reliability Engineer and appropriate plant personnel.

    Communicate priorities to plant Area and Maintenance Managers.

    Create work requests for identified issues.

    Complete work orders and preventative maintenance as needed.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Experience with condition monitoring and precision maintenance technologies is a plus, i.e., ultrasonic, laser alignment, infrared thermography, oil analysis, and multi-channel acquisition (vibration) systems.

    Must possess basic computer skills.

    Determine proper tools and parts needed before a mill PM or changeover and stage them accordingly

    Coordinate mill setup activities with pellet operators, train and assist in mill changeovers and setup

    Develop SOPs for proper mill setup and ancillary tasks to reduce pellet to pellet

    Responsible for tooling tracking, inventory and maintenance repair tagging

    Track changeover and setup times daily and drive corrective actions to support the team

    Train pellet mill operators to make decisions confidently on run/repair/scrap

    Validation of mill return to production effectiveness and reliability

    Schedule any mill service activity needed on night shift and maintains relations with OEMS

    Required Qualifications

    Maintain woodyard equipment and machinery by performing daily checks and preventive maintenance

    Inspects and prepares a roller head for disassembly to rebuild according to proper procedures

    Completes the proper installation of bearings for roller head assembly with correct parts

    Utilizes proper tools for assembly, installation, and rebuild of roller head including torque tools

    Performs grease purging of roller head assembly and grease blocks

    Performs preventative, predictive and proactive maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and servicing of mobile equipment to improve equipment reliability consistent with Enviva’s OEMS (Operational Excellence Management System).

    Provides regular maintenance of hydraulics, lubrication, of mechanical equipment; demonstrates understanding of types of lubricants and application.

    Read and follow technical diagrams and schematics.

    Adhere to all plant environmental, health and safety guidelines, policies and practice.

    Provide technical support for efficient troubleshooting and or problem-solving activities to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime.

    Work with the operations group to increase reliability while improving plant performance.

    Must be willing to complete training as required by Supervisor and specified by Enviva.

    Job Purpose

    Enviva is seeking a Crane Operator who will be responsible for unloading logs from log delivery trucks, storing logs in a stack under the portal cane and feeding logs to the log processing line.



    Responsibilities

    Load and unload bundles from trucks using portal crane.

    Inspect and adjust crane mechanisms and lifting accessories to prevent malfunctions and damage.

    Move levers (with both hands), depress foot petals (with both feet) and turn dials to operate crane, or other moving equipment for lifting, moving and placing loads.

    Monitor logs being fed into the debarker drum and notify chipper operator of any problems (i.e. hung up logs, jams, etc.).

    Escalate visual issues and remove eject in-feed logs for embedded rocks or other saw damaging debris.

    Lubricate crane parts in adherence with manufacturer and company recommendations.

    Maintain contact with Area Mill Manager and coworkers.

    General housekeeping during down time to include shoveling, sweeping and hosing to clean area.

    Adhere to all plant environmental, health and safety guidelines, policies and practice.





    Required Qualifications

    Complete understanding of log loading/handling equipment to include but not limited to the Wagner (one-bite) log loader, Volvo wheel loader, crane, chipper and on site forklifts.

    Working knowledge of the log yards layout, proper log sorting, log grading, green chain, and lumber package storage.

    At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

    At least 1 year experience in operating earth-moving, crane, or other heavy equipment, moving material, loading or unloading equipment.

    Strong verbal communication skills.

    Keep scale and ramps clean and free of debris.

    -Will thread fiberglass (Raw Glass) by hand from creel around tension whorl through eyelets until it exits the creel and tie off glass by reading and performing written instructions.  
    -Will thread glass ends by hand through vat eyelets in correct sequence through the dies to carrier bar by reading and performing written instructions.  
    -Will carry yarn ends by hand to the winder area and wrap glass around winders to be wound on to cores by reading and performing written instructions.

    The Industrial Engineer is a full-time employee that typically supports the day to day functions of the engineering department through various methods of continuous improvement and projects of specialized assignment. The Industrial Engineer shall provide operational support as it pertains to performing various duties on frequent basis as assigned so that goals of the mine or department are met. Performance of these and other associated duties in a manner consistent with all applicable procedures, plans, policies, practices, environmental, health or safety rules or legal requirements.
    Job Objective: Has no formal role in managing projects but through project participation, acquires project management skills as well as continuous improvement skills.

    Essential Functions

    - Participate in the day to day operations of continuous improvement at the mine site through the oversight, supervision, and roll-out of continuous improvement initiatives through processes determined by the engineering methods and standards. Determine location, sequence and timing of project to address large performance gaps.
    - Facilitate the completion of mine activities by planning and supervising construction, rehabilitation, or production projects.
    - By way of methods such as time studies, make recommendations to mine management and frontline supervisors of evaluated data to improve production standards. Conducts diagnostics to identify opportunities while working with front-line areas to determine performance standards and reporting back through the engineering department
